New Territory
Project New Territory is our plan to construct a floating island in international waters.
 

    We plan to construct the island using Seacell Technology, from Sea Structures Inc. We have been in contact with the CEO of Sea Structures, Richard Morris, and we have discussed the details and feasibility of the project with him.

    The project is quite feasible, and the size of the island will only be dictated by our funding. The project is not as expensive as you might think.

This design shows a complete home with grounds and garden built on a
platform using the Seacell® 5000 units. These larger polyethylene
cells are each capable of supporting 2.5 tons.
For even larger projects, complete cities can be built on Megacells.
